There are three options to pay your bill
Pay online, by phone, or by mailing us a check. Please note there may be a processing fee applied for online and phone payment methods.
(1) Pay Your Bill Online
You will need to fill out the information on the next page:
Full name, Date of birth, Account number (visible on the bill you received, see sample image below).
(2) Pay by Phone
To pay by phone with your debit card call us at 727-842-9504 Monday – Thursday, 8am to 430pm and Fridays 730am to 3pm.
(3) Pay by Mail
Please make checks payable and remit to “James V Stelnicki DPM PA” 6543 Madison St. New Port Richey FL 34652. Do not forget to enclose statement or a copy of the statement.
